Job Description
MAS Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to translate business needs into actionable user stories. The BA will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, work with product owners, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. This role supports the entire software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with product owners and developers to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions.
- Ensure business logic and user experience are accurately captured throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support QA and UAT processes by validating solutions against business needs.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in English.
