Job Description
The Merchandiser Development role involves collaborating with Senior Executives to meet customer expectations, managing production planning and coordination activities, and driving business growth. The role requires a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in merchandising or product development, a degree or professional qualification in a related field, and strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fit.

- A degree or professional qualification in a related field
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fit
- Prior experience in bulk order execution
- Solid background in mathematics and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized with excellent planning skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
