Job Description
Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, is seeking a skilled Senior Pattern Technologist for Ayathi - Biyagama, Sri Lanka. This role focuses on technical aspects of product creation, leadership of a pattern tech team, and adherence to the critical path. The position involves pattern creation, verification, customer feedback, sample assessment, cost control, and collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- Ensure patterns are created in alignment with the design intent and according to the pattern creation process upon receipt of the Tech pack.
- Verify accuracy of patterns against samples whilst, identifying and addressing all technical issues.
- Ensure patterns are graded accurately according to the customer specifications.
- Ensure all samples meet the given specifications and standards prior to fitting and dispatching them to the Customer along with the relevant documents.
- Participate for the fit sessions and adhere to the fit protocols.
