Job Description
Masabi is seeking a Chief Architect to lead their technology strategy, embed architectural standards, and drive Data/AI vision for their multi-tenant SaaS platform. The role involves collaborating with CPO, VP of Engineering, and leading a team of five Principals, ensuring scalability, security, and developer experience. It's a remote-first leadership position focused on influencing and shaping the company's future.
Requirements
- Partner with the VP of Engineering to define and evolve the long-term architectural vision
- Own and drive architectural direction for the platform
- Lead a team of five Principals, mentoring and coaching them
- Implement AI/ML into the platform
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering for platform alignment
- Experience with distributed systems, platform-scale SaaS, and architectural ownership
