Grid Manager (Battery Storage)

Established in 2006, Masdar is a global clean energy leader, transforming how the world produces and consumes energy through bold innovation and commercial excellence. This role will support the Senior Grid Manager in delivering the end-to-end grid connection process for the UK Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or any other related field
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the power generation/distribution/transmission industry
• Experience in successfully completing Grid Connection and Compliance of renewable energy assets
• Experience in management and commercial understanding of the UK Grid market with expertise in DNO connections
• Experience of development and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects
