Program Manager, Zayed Sustainability Prize

Masdar is seeking a Program Manager to develop and enhance programs, events, and initiatives for the Zayed Sustainability Prize (ZSP), engaging key partners and industry experts to achieve the objectives of the unit. The position will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, third-party service providers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that all programs and activities are executed on time and aligned with ZSP’s goals.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple on-going projects.
• Ability to influence decision-makers to implement internal enhancement initiatives.
• Experience in both office-based and site environment.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
