The GEOINT Training Council Advisor (PPBA-L3) role involves advising and assisting the NGC in executing its Community Geospatial-Intelligence Training Council (CGTC) duties. The candidate will conduct focused analysis and assessments, develop and recommend long-term organizational strategies, and facilitate meetings to promote and advocate for NGC's corporate goals and equities.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience
- At least 24 months of demonstrated experience formulating, developing, documenting, or implementing policy, plans, or processes
- At least 24 months of demonstrated experience planning and leading an organization to meet objectives or short-suspense time schedules
- At least 24 months demonstrated assembling project information to include objectives/outcomes/deliverables; writing, revising, and editing drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
- At least 24 months of demonstrated experience compiling and delivering decision briefs to seniors and their staffs
- At least 24 months of demonstrated experience formulating, analyzing, and resolving plans, policy, and business issues
- At least 24 months of demonstrated experience building and maintaining a project schedule using MS Project.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a primary author of mission and vision statements, policy or requirements statements or documents, or operating concepts.
- Ability to effectively communicate and convey topics both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment
- Strong data management skills
- Ability to brief seniors and staff members to affect decisions
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight
- Ability to formulate, analyze and resolve plans, policy, and business issues
