Requirements
- Manages, supervises, and delivers quality nursing care ensuring the safety and well-being of MAHOVA's Residents
- Ensures nursing staff are in compliance with requisite laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Assures appropriate staffing to meet Residents' needs
- Supports and assists staff to succeed by orienting, evaluating, educating, coaching, and counseling
