The Museum Attendant will be part of the Visitor Experience team, providing excellent customer service, engaging visitors with exhibitions and artists, and protecting artworks. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of front-line customer service experience
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to use iPad, virtual reality (VR) set ups and other technical equipment
- Outgoing personality and enthusiasm to interact with visitors and colleagues
- Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and empathy
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work alone and part of a team
- Ability to take direction from supervisors and managers
- Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing environments
