Job Description
Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health-tech startup providing cancer patient access to clinical trials. They are seeking Product Managers to drive vision, strategy, and execution of core oncology product modules, working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver high-impact features. This role is for individuals who thrive in complex environments and prioritize ownership.
Requirements
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Gather and prioritize business and user requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, Data/AI, clinical, marketing, and operations.
- Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch, monitoring performance and iterating.
- Lead cross-functional processes and enforce delivery discipline.
