Requirements
- Own and execute MassMedia’s internal performance marketing strategy
- Manage and optimize website performance, email marketing, paid media, CRM campaigns, and digital funnels
- Execute performance-driven marketing initiatives for select client accounts
- Plan and support agency events, sponsorships, and community activations
- Develop high-impact presentations, case studies, and thought-leadership assets
- Partner with leadership on brand campaigns, award submissions, PR initiatives, and market positioning
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams and external vendors
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics
