Construction Project Manager (Roadway/Highway)

MasTec Civil is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager near Jacksonville, FL to oversee the construction of roadway, bridge, and related infrastructure projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project coordination, resource management, cost control, and safety, and is expected to adhere to company policies. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the heavy construction industry (bridge, roadwork, and DOT experience)
• PMP Certification preferred
• Strong team leadership and project management skills
• Ability to direct subcontractors
• Computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
