Senior Estimator - Bridge & Highway Construction

MasTec Civil is seeking a Senior Estimator to contribute to the growth of the Nashville, TN infrastructure market. The role requires a self-motivated individual with at least 10 years of estimating experience and 3+ years in Heavy Civil Construction, specifically focusing on roadway work. Responsibilities include understanding bids, creating estimates, and assisting with pre-bids. Candidates should be familiar with Tennessee DOT/turnpike standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Heavy Civil - roadway/highway/bridge experience preferred.
• B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management degree.
• Strong focus on meeting and exceeding company requirements.
• Good organization skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
