Field Service Technician - Eastern PA/Southern NJ

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide overall service for dispenser equipment across Eastern PA/Southern NJ. This role involves installation, maintenance, operation, and quality control of equipment, operating in a remote office setting. The technician will monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude
• Good computer and communication skills
• Being a brand ambassador
• Certification in forklift, Manlift with articulating boom, scissor lift, and working at heights preferred
• Wear fall protection gear for 2 hours at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs/34kgs
• Minimum High School diploma or GED or work experience equivalent
• Ability to tow an 18ft open bed trailer
• Able to travel for company-approved business
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
