Job Description
Master Center for Addiction Medicine is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join their team providing outpatient addiction medicine treatment in the Richmond area. The center offers a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment model incorporating medical, psychological, and peer support services. They emphasize healing patients and are rapidly growing within the addiction treatment field.
Requirements
- CNA with patient facing and medical office experience OR Certified Medical Assistant Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
- Experience with bloodwork and injections
- Experience providing direct patient care
- Two years' experience as a Medical Assistant highly preferred
- Working with recovery coaches and external labs
- Working with recovery coaches to collect, document, and report Urinary Drug Screen and ETOH breathalyzer/mouth swabs
