Investor Relations Specialist

The Investor Relations Specialist will serve as a key advisor to the Chairman, ensuring transparent communication of the company's vision, performance, and growth potential. This role involves managing investor relationships, preparing financial materials, and supporting the Chairman in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, financial expertise, and a deep understanding of the technical industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate communications.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, market trends, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with high-profile stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and IR tools/platforms.
• Experience working in direct collaboration with executive leadership or board members.
