Program Manager

This role is for a Program Manager responsible for leading data-related programs and ensuring project delivery aligned with organizational strategy. This involves applying Agile practices and ensuring effective governance, communication, and performance oversight. The role focuses on managing projects, budgets, risks, and timelines to achieve defined objectives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Program and Portfolio Management.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Program or Portfolio Management, preferably within data-focused projects.
• Languages: Arabic – Mother tongue; English – Native/Fluent
