UX UI Designer

We are seeking a UX UI Designer to join our design team, working from 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays. The role involves researching user needs, designing usable interfaces, and creating prototypes to validate design concepts. The ideal candidate will leverage a human-centered design process and work closely with stakeholders to ensure user success.

Requirements

• Leverage a human-centered design process
• Research customers, competitors, and products
• Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
• Develop and implement usability testing
• Design for accessibility standards
• Create and maintain usability documentation
• Work with developers to ensure product quality
• Work closely with product managers and marketing
• Validate products with customers
