Job Description
Mastery Schools is seeking a Part-time Assistant Principal of Operations to ensure the efficient and compliant functioning of all school operations. This role oversees assessments, procurement, payroll, enrollment, communication, budgets, logistics, safety, facilities, and transportation. The Assistant Principal will foster a supportive and positive work environment, working closely with school leadership to enhance student and staff success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in school operations or a similar role within an educational institution
- Proficiency in office management software and database systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
