Job Description
MasteryPrep is seeking dynamic, engaging instructors to deliver 'Boot Camp' style educational workshops for high school students, especially those struggling with standardized tests. Instructors will lead engaging sessions with interactive teaching, humor, and practical guidance to empower students and prepare them for success. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (teaching certification not required)
- Successful completion of MasteryPrep’s asynchronous instructor training
- Ability to work remotely and report regularly
- Willingness to receive and implement instructional feedback
- Deep belief in the potential of all students
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others
