Senior Data Product Engineer

Match Group is seeking a Senior Data Product Engineer to join their Core Data team in Vancouver, BC. This hybrid role involves leveraging data engineering expertise to build and improve data products for various brand teams, focusing on data-driven decision-making. The position requires collaboration with data scientists, marketing professionals, and stakeholders to ensure data is accurately transformed and presented to business leaders.

Requirements

• Expertise in SQL, Data Modeling, Lakehouse Architecture, and Python
• Experience with Redshift, Airflow, AWS QuickSight, Databricks, Spark, and relational databases such as SQL Server
• Capability to drive initiatives and articulate their value to engineering and other stakeholders
• Experience delivering data products from conception to delivery
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
