Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to lead and develop our 8-member sales team, establish a strong performance and team culture, and steer sales performance through clear goals, KPIs, and conversion rate optimization.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience as a Sales Team Lead
- 2-3 years of closing experience with larger deals (+15k ARPU)
- Analytical and KPI-driven with a real hunter or sales mindset
- Ability to persuade large groups and take a negotiation-safe approach
