Job Description
Material Bank is seeking a Sr. Manager, DevOps and AWS Infrastructure to lead a team responsible for the technical direction of the cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on scaling, reliability, and security across the AWS platform while empowering engineering to deliver at speed. This is a hands-on role demanding technical leadership, architecture, and people management skills within a high-growth company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or related software engineering fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting, scaling, and operating production systems on AWS.
- 3+ years of team management or technical leadership experience aligning infrastructure strategies with business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus).
