Job Description
MHI is seeking a Shop Lead to manage and oversee a team of technicians in a service shop. This role involves scheduling manpower, training employees, inspecting material, maintaining shop equipment, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and operation
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Forklift Certification preferred
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and self-motivation
- Knowledge and ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Quick learner with a creative approach
- No prior experience with Service shop operations required
