Associate Director Global Tracking

We are looking for an Associate Director, Global Tracking to lead client management and project activities, and to mentor a team of direct reports. The role involves conducting research, managing data collection and analysis, and advising business decisions. The ideal candidate has a passion for client management, a desire to lead, and 5-7 years of professional experience in a related field.

Requirements

• Act as a thought partner to clients
• Advise direct reports and share responsibility for their growth and development
• Lead project activities while achieving excellent financial results
• Manage data collection, processing, tabulation, analysis, and reporting
• Strategize at a high level alongside other Material business leaders
• Influence and advise business decisions and learn and adapt to ground breaking technologies
• Work with the programming, design, data collection, marketing, and data science teams
