Join Materion as a Metal Worker (m/f/d) with a focus on Process Mechanics/Melting Technology/Casting Technology. Assemble a team for the serial launch of new, highly precise technology products.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a metal worker (m/f/d), process mechanic / process technologist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• First work experience in the melting area is an advantage, but not a must
• Technical understanding, a very exact way of working and pleasure in always making something even a little better
• Quick grasp and independent, proactive approach to new tasks
• Fit in reading production drawings
• Good MS-Office skills
• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift, possibly also 3-shift)
• Good German knowledge, clarity and openness in communication
