Operations Manager, Beryllium Products

The Operations Manager, Beryllium Products is responsible for driving EHS excellence, employee engagement, quality, productivity, cost competitiveness, and implementing best in class precision machine shop processes & concepts.

Requirements

• Drive Environmental, Health, and Safety excellence across machine shop operations.
• Establish, track, and improve key metrics aligned to Be Products operations.
• Establish visual management system.
• Establish, audit, and ensure compliance with standard work for tasks.
• Understand customer requirements, determine process and equipment capability gaps, and implement plan to close gaps.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements.
• Partner with planning team to establish and track schedule adherence.
• Baseline productivity and costs.
• Develop and implement plan to achieve best in class performance through continuous improvement.
• Developing, coaching, and mentoring employees.
• Project management experience executing large capital projects is preferred.
