Job Description
Mathspace is seeking an AI Product Engineer to develop and deploy intelligent learning experiences powered by large language models (LLMs). The role involves building novel product features, evaluating models, designing prompts, and collaborating with educators and designers to deliver personalized, real-time math support for students. The company is building adaptive, AI-driven math learning experiences for the next generation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in product-focused full stack or backend engineering
- Proficiency in React/TypeScript, Python, and GraphQL
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production
- Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and LLMOps best practices
- Strong sense of product intuition and user empathy, especially in educational contexts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A desire to move fast, learn continuously, and build things that really matter
