Matillion is seeking an IT Automation and AI Innovator to design and implement intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions to advance the company's digital transformation. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and passionate about leveraging automation and AI to eliminate friction, optimize systems, and drive continuous improvement across all business functions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing complex automations using platforms such as Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong technical proficiency in API integration, data mapping, and workflow logic design, ideally with some programming experience.
• Practical experience or experimentation with AI technologies, particularly in building or deploying agentic systems or multi-agent architectures.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and deliver automation-led process improvements.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently managing projects from concept to deployment.
