Job Description
Matillion is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the internal AI evolution and drive measurable business outcomes. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Manchester office. The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in Programme Management, a track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives, and a tenacious delivery mindset.
Requirements
- Define and maintain the internal AI roadmap
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives
- Drive the cultural shift to an 'AI-First' mindset
- Define and report KPIs
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
