Job Description
The Director, Warehouse is responsible for providing direction and oversight of the Company’s warehouses, developing and implementing systems and procedures to monitor cost and inventory, and directing a staff of 20-25 employees.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in warehouse management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of equipment, tooling and cost optimization
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of the tools, equipment, and procedures used in the industrial construction and/or tank fabrication fields (highly preferred)
- Ability to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives that improve the organization’s performance
