Analyzing complex structural ironwork projects, recommending alternative strategies, and maintaining a high quality of work. Responsibilities include reviewing project status reports, reallocating resources, and promoting a strong safety culture within the crew.
Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years or more of refinery maintenance/turnaround/or construction experience.
- Knowledge of structural iron repair, maintenance, and preventative maintenance methods, practices, and procedures.
- Must be able to pass the Craft Skills Test at or above 70% or complete the NCCER certification for your craft.
- Must have a good understanding of Matrix Service policies and procedures.
- Completed the Matrix Service Safety training, Process Safety Management training, S.T.A.R.T. Class and Client / Site specific training.
- To obtain and maintain an active status within the required drug testing program.
