Job Description
We are looking for a Systems Engineer to design, develop, and maintain computer systems to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 6 years' experience in IT development and/or IT consulting.
Requirements
- Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years' experience in IT development and/or IT consulting
- Demonstrated experience deploying and supporting complex system infrastructures
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Windows Server 2022 and below, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
- Intermediate knowledge of server maintenance, release management, and change control processes
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of virtualization and containerization
- Intermediate knowledge of systems availability, backup, and disaster recovery disciplines
- Exposure to SAN design, implementation, and support
- Strong LAN/WAN skills (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
