Senior Art Director (On-Site)

MATTE is a 360° creative studio seeking a Senior Art Director who is equal parts conceptual creative and hands-on designer, with experience in design and art direction at creative studios, agencies, or production companies.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience across design and art direction at creative studios, agencies, or production companies
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and exceptional design execution
• Deep understanding of culture, aesthetics, and brand storytelling
• Experience working on set and collaborating with directors, photographers, and production teams
• Mastery across Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to collaborate, lead, mentor, and operate in a fast-moving, highly creative environment
