Office and Operations Administrator

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office & Operations Administrator to be the heartbeat of our office! You’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly, welcoming visitors, supporting our Directors and Consultants, and making sure our day-to-day operations are seamless.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience as a receptionist or PA
• excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• super organised, efficient, and detail-focused
• proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask
• IO experience is a bonus
