Job Description
MatX is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the Operations team. The Facilities Manager will provide office management support, partner with IT/Security to ensure office safety, and engage in construction management for tenant improvements. The role requires 3+ years of experience in office/facilities management, physical security, HR, program management, event management, communications, accounting, or other fields.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office/facilities or property management, physical security, HR, program management, event management, communications, accounting, or other fields
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and move quickly from one to the next in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good judgment and ability to balance the priorities of both the business and team members
