MatX is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale our teams by owning key stages of the hiring process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and driving performance through reporting key metrics for talent acquisition. The role will play a critical part in shaping recruiting processes as MatX continues to scale.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in relevant Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources/Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- High level of comfort reviewing candidate qualifications and understanding what the person actually built
- Prior experience with high-volume recruiting, recruiting in startups or high-growth environments
- Strong working knowledge of Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems
