Job Description
Maveris is seeking a skilled ADABAS Database Administrator to support the ADABAS cluster services environment and associated software AG products. The role involves installing, customizing, and maintaining the ADABAS infrastructure, providing daily support for large instances, and implementing disaster recovery strategies. The position requires a candidate who has the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities and is able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
Requirements
- Oversee technical direction and coordination of database tasks.
- Provide daily support for ADABAS instances.
- Perform security and maintenance tasks, including index, partition, and patch management.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal query configuration.
- Implement new DBMS technologies.
- Configure and implement ADABAS Suite of Software AG products.
- Install ADABAS SAF Security.
