Join Inclusive Employment Australia as a Job Coach and support individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment. As a Job Coach, you will provide tailored support and assistance to customers and their employers, and continue to be there for them once they are in employment. Training and support will be provided, and you will be part of a team that changes lives every day!

Requirements

• High level of interpersonal and organisational skills
• Strong customer service experience
• Confidence to talk to local employers and businesses
• Goal focused
• Ability to look for solutions and overcome objections
• Able to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check
