Job Description
Kompetenza is seeking an entry-level Salesforce AI & Automation Associate to support the development of AI-powered service and sales agents within customer self-service portals. The role involves automating workflows, integrating AI tools, and enhancing customer self-service experiences, with opportunities to work with third-party AI platforms and clients. Passion for AI, automation, and customer service is a must.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Salesforce (Service Cloud, AgentForce knowledge is a plus)
- Some experience or coursework in AI, automation, or workflow tools
- Familiarity with third-party AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, RPA tools, Google AI, Azure AI) is a plus
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and work across multiple AI ecosystems
