We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team at Maximizd Recruitment Agency. As COO, you will be responsible for leading the organization and driving growth and strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an operational or leadership role
- Experience in a fast-growing organization, preferably in the recruitment or marketing industry
- Ability to combine process thinking with human leadership
- Ability to switch between strategy and operations
- Experience with tools such as Monday, Slack, and Zapier
- Self-starter, proactive, organized, and socially strong
- Ability to work physically in our new office in Naaldwijk
