Parttime Recruitment Consultant bij Maximizd Recruitment Agency

We are looking for a part-time Recruitment Consultant to support our recruitment team in the operational execution of ongoing vacancies. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will ensure that candidates are quickly, professionally, and correctly followed up for our members. The role involves telephonic follow-up of applicants, scheduling of introductory meetings, first screening of candidates, and supporting in sourcing suitable candidates.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and/or HR
• Communicatively strong and able to easily make contact
• Structured and good overview
• At least a MBO+ work and thinking level
• Shows initiative
