Job Description
Maximus is seeking a Head of Operations/COO (Chief Operating Officer) to own the operational backbone of their telehealth company, including supply chain, clinical operations, customer experience, and company infrastructure. This role requires a mission-driven leader to drive business outcomes, build scalable systems, and translate strategy into execution. The company has achieved profitability, increased ARR, and is experiencing rapid growth, serving a strong client base. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations, finance, or general management
- Proven track record building and scaling multi-function operational teams (supply chain, CX, or clinical)
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams of 30+ employees
- Strong command of financial and operational metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience owning end-to-end operations in a regulated industry
- Experience managing multi-state/multi-site operations
