Job Description
MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Director of Product Line Management focused on high-speed data center interconnects to join our team. In this role, you will focus on growing our Data Center Connectivity BU (DCC) business and work with key partners, customers, and end users to define the requirements and drive adoption of MaxLinear solutions for their current generation deployments.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of datacenter networks at a system and component levels
- Ability to understand customer needs and pain points and translate those into differentiated products with appropriate tradeoffs
- Deep understanding of high-speed datacom transceiver technology and use in datacenter networking
- Track record of success leading aggressive, results-driven product management and product planning strategies and initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including market research and data gathering
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and execution skills
