Pharmacist - Per Diem- Springfield VT

VytlOne is seeking a Per Diem (PRN) Staff Pharmacist to join our dedicated team of pharmacy professionals at our Londonderry and Springfield North locations. In this integrated model, the Maxor pharmacy team will work closely with providers and clinic staff collaboratively, providing team-based medicine with a strong pharmacy component to provide optimal care for patients.

Requirements

• Prior retail pharmacy experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Bachelor's degree, or Pharm. D., from an approved school of pharmacy and registration by the state board of licensure
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Vermont
• One-year experience as a practicing pharmacist is preferred
