Job Description
maxRTE is seeking a Regional Sales Director to build their Physician Group & Health System platform nationwide. This role involves selling to VP of Revenue Cycle, Director of Patient Access, and CFOs, managing complex sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. It requires a proactive, self-motivated individual capable of navigating the healthcare ecosystem and building strong relationships with prospects.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Hospital & Health System SaaS sales
- Demonstrated results of selling to VP of Revenue Cycle, Director of Patient Access, and CFOs
- Understanding of healthcare providers, their teams, and the health insurance ecosystem
- Self-starter with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and consultative sales skills
