Job Description
MaxTech, Inc. is seeking a Construction Estimator to assist in preparing budgets for multifamily, commercial, and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, a college degree, and excellent computer skills.
Requirements
- Estimation/take off of square footage for multi family developments
- Download digital plans and perform take off of square footage of items within our scope
- Enter into estimating software and provide bid proposal
- Communicate via email and phone with contractors, PM, estimators and architects
- Ability to multitask and work with critical time restraints
- Work with sales staff on bid process
- Coordinate Material and Labor takeoffs in Estimating database
