Vice President of Operations

Maybell Quantum is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead production, quality, and supply chain functions as the company scales its operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on leadership experience in managing production, quality, and supply chain functions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in operations management within a hardware, deep tech, or complex electronics company
• Direct, hands-on leadership experience managing production, quality, and supply chain functions
• Proven track record of successfully scaling manufacturing operations and supply chains for complex hardware systems
• Strong technical background, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical), Operations Management, or a related technical field
• Exceptional ability to use data and KPIs to drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor established teams and influence cross-functional partners
