Job Description
Maybern is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to build and own their testing strategy, design automation frameworks, and lead test planning. The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibility, shaping quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle. The company is experiencing rapid growth in the fund management space and is looking to build a strong team.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks
- Lead test strategy across product lines
- Collaborate with engineers and domain experts
- Build and own performance testing frameworks (e.g., JMeter, K6)
- Mentor and guide QA engineers and developers
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and partner with development teams
