Job Description
Maybern is a rapidly growing private fund management technology company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help evolve their platform. They are looking for a developer focused on creating intuitive, flexible software interfaces to help fund managers focus on their core business. The platform team delivers foundational data modeling, testing, and release tooling, enabling engineers to move quickly and reliably.
Requirements
- Architect, scope, and build core parts of the system from the ground up.
- Lead in identifying new initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.
- Collaborate with other engineers to design elegant solutions.
- Comfortable working with server-side languages and frameworks (Python and Django).
- Experience with monitoring cloud applications and responding to incidents.
- Solid grasp of relational databases and transactions.
- Knowledge of platform/cloud technologies and distributed systems.
- Passion for great developer tooling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience at a startup, preferably early stage
